Sweet serendipity

Judith Jones memoir

Two weeks ago, I was browsing a bookstore in Portsmouth, N.H., trying mightily not to load myself down with things to carry back. I restricted myself to one book, Judith Jones’ memoir. It was a satisfying souvenir of a memorable trip.

Then I interviewed an author named in the jacket copy. Then I made plans to attend this panel discussion on “Remembering Judith Jones, A Culinary Luminary.” At which the aforementioned author is a panelist. It’s all connected, serendipitously.
